About our offices

Our complex was built with deluxe office space spanning the top floors of building B and C, with retail on the first. Each building has its own side entrance for the second floor, with a small lobby decorated in custom tile and trim work done in warm, neutral colors. Our office space offer tenants a unique alternative to dedicated highway office space. Access is easy from Rt. 31 or from back roads through Pennington, and parking is abundant and well maintained. The Shopes at Pennington offer flexible lease terms at competitive rates. Unlike many buildings, we do offer short term leases for out smaller spaces. For longer term leases, we can offer build out options and other incentives that work to your benefit. The Sq. Ft. lease rates are generally in the $15-$20/sq. ft. range, depending on size and length of term.
