About the Complex

The Shoppes at Pennington was constructed in 2007 by owner Gene Lorenzetti. After selling his successful chain of restaurants, he constructed a retail complex that stands out among others in the area as distinctive and refined. Now in its fourth year of operations, the Shoppes at Pennington is still the best spot in the area in terms of high quality, design, and convenience. Mr. Lorenzetti actively manages in all aspects of the care and management of the complex, from his office in Building B, providing the tenants with a level of personal attention that's hard to find with any rental property.

The complex consists of three main buildings with lower level retail and upper level private offices. Each building has its own side entrance for the second floor, which opens to a small lobby, tastefully decorated with custom tile and trim in warm, neutral colors. Windows bring natural light into the common areas, and each building features two common bathrooms for the second floor offices. Overall, you'll find the space to be warm and inviting for your employees and clients.

All buildings are handicap accessible, complete with ramps and high-end elevators. For those who prefer to walk up, the staircases are open and airy with lots of natural light from four windows. Outside, is a park-like setting with custom landscaping, seasonal flowers and decorative lighting. The well maintained building and grounds are the pride of the on site management.

Signage is available along Route 31, on the property directory and on the buildings themselves.
